Invite to SELPHI Participant Dicussion

Over 1000 people have already joined the SELPHI study having seen advertising on dating apps or on Facebook. Recruitment to the study is working well, but it could be better.

Adverts on some apps have been more successful than on others. We are organising a small meeting of SELPHI participants to get views about the best ways to advertise the study on different apps and social media. If you are a SELPHI participant and have ideas about which kinds of messages and which advertising formats are likely to work best, we’d be interested in hearing from you.

We are looking for around 20 people to join a face-to-face meeting to discuss SELPHI advertising. The meeting will take place on the 8th of June 2016 in central London from 6pm until 7:30pm. Light refreshments will be provided.

If you are interesting in attending please contact Roger roger@nam.org.uk or Roy roy.trevelion@i-base.org.uk. Roger and Roy both work for HIV charities, NAM and HIV i-Base. They are co-chairs of the community advisory group and their aim is to facilitate relevant and important feedback from the SELPHI study participants.

We are only able to invite a small group to the meeting. So this will be done on a first come first served basis. We will provide a reimbursement of £30 for your time and travel expenses (within London only) will also be reimbursed where you are able to provide a receipt.
